provides the content available on the website and provides
goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below. By
placing an order at www.dominieste.com you confirm that you have
read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such mutual agreement shall be considered a Distance Contract and shall be subject to the provisions of the Republic of Latvia laws regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contract”, etc.
2. Purchase Procedure
The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are displayed alongside the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all of the required fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order including delivery is then displayed on the screen. Make your payment to complete your order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency of payment on the site shall be euro. You can pay for your purchase by selecting the following payment methods provided by the Swedbank AS payment platform :
Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
Visa/Mastercard payments
Payment by bank transfer
Personal data required for payment shall be transferred to the licensed payment institution Swedbank AS.
The Contract shall become effective upon successful payment to the bank account of the online store. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the Buyer shall be notified and the payment shall be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.
4. Provisions of Delivery
Purchased goods shall be delivered within Latvia by courier or parcel service. All fees and taxes payable to collect the shipment at the delivery destination shall be paid by the Buyer. Delivery expenses shall be displayed before order confirmation. Purchased goods shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer within 2-8 working days. The exact time of delivery shall be indicated in the description of the goods. In exceptional circumstances, we shall reserve the right to send the goods up to 45 calendar days after informing the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer shall be entitled to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods shall only be used for the purposes for which they were intended, and the consumer shall be responsible for ensuring that the quality and safety of the goods are maintained during the withdrawal period. If the goods are improperly used or damaged, if they are handled carelessly during use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or substantially damaged, the online store shall reserve the right to reduce the amount to be refunded based on the depreciated value of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: (insert link to withdrawal form) by email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The Buyer shall be required to return the Goods to the Seller within 14 days of submitting the cancellation form to the online store. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer under the Distance Contract.
The Seller shall be entitled to withhold payment until it has received the Goods or proof of return from the Buyer. If the buyer selects a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered by the online store, the online store shall not be required to compensate the buyer for the additional shipping expenses.
The online store shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations or for any other failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond its reasonable control.
The online store shall reserve the right to refuse to sell the goods and request the return of the goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Goods that are Non-compliant with the Contract
The online store shall be liable for any non-compliance or defects of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract, if they have occurred within 6 months from the date of delivery to the customer or have been present at the time of delivery, unless such presumption contradicts the nature of the item or the defect. The Buyer shall inform the Seller about the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 2 months after the discovery thereof, i.e., submit a complaint. The Buyer may submit a complaint by contacting the online store, writing to [email protected] or by post to Domini Este SIA, 60 Pureņu iela, Ogre, Ogre Municipality, LV-5001, Latvia.
The online store shall not be liable for any defects arising after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the goods purchased are defective, for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer shall have the right to have the defective goods repaired or exchanged for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall return all payments due under the Distance Contract to the Buyer. The Seller shall reply to the consumer’s complaint in writing within 15 days.
7. Processing of Personal Data of the Buyer
The online store shall only process the personal data that the customer has entered when ordering the goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, address, telephone, etc.
The online store shall transfer personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure delivery of the goods.
We may contact you from time to time with information about our services and latest offers if you have expressly consented to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when signing up for marketing communications. The Customer may opt out of marketing communications by notifying us at [email protected].

8. Dispute Settlement Procedure
In matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller shall comply with the laws and regulations, being in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer by means of mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved in the form of negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Purchaser (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a court of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer shall also have the right to apply to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
